Congrats on your Engagement!

Congrats on your Engagement!

I said YES to my purpose!

Hey loves, happy Monday! I'm so glad you stopped by today because I have some amazing news; I got married this weekend! The ceremony was beautiful, and my wedding was FREE! Sort of.  I know what you're thinking- when were you even engaged Bri?! I've always been engaged. Since the day I was born; to my purpose. Now, don't start hating because I have more exciting news; you're engaged also!

Back to the cost for a second: saying yes to your purpose isn't really free at all. In fact, you'll often feel like you're going over budget, and completely out of your way. But, that's why you've always had this engagement since birth. It never changes,  and the fruit of it has always been within you. Just trust it, and go after it.

Saying yes to my purpose is ultimately just saying yes to God's will and plan over my life. It's a huge commitment, but I can't picture traveling this journey without having a road map (God) to guide me. Truth moment: this isn't the first time I've done this. Sometimes, you have to re-commit. Renew your vows. God still honors it. He doesn't decide to tear up your will and use it for confetti.

It's never too late or early to decide to be intentional about your life. Whether your young or old, someone is waiting for you to meet your goals. I admit: even when I trust God, its scary sometimes.

I begin to wonder what this so called purpose is, and when I'll actually see it through. Sometimes my current struggles bully me into believing I'm not good enough, or doing enough for my life. Truth is, it's always enough. Some days you can do 100 tasks, and some days 10 or less is your best. It's important to not be so hard on yourself.

I think we all have those moments where we wish we knew everything, or enough to be exactly where we want to be. But, it may not be where we need to be, or where God ever intended us to operate in. Don't start wishing your purpose was different, its divine, unique, and only fits you. It can't be bought, sold, or wished away.

So, get those vows ready, and say yes to your own. You're worth it!

XoXo,
