*Que the birthday balloons and annoying noise makers!* It's my birthday! As of today, I am 22 years old! I feel so blessed and over joyed with all that I have. SO blessed, that it would be wrong if I wasn't completely transparent and told you it took time and a process to reach this peaceful point.
During my road to peace, happiness, and confidence I gave myself a LOT of pep talks. In the beginning, most of them were negative. Putting myself down. But, as I grew and kept going, that negativity changed! I started telling myself I CAN, instead of I CAN'T. The voice in your head dictates your attitude and actions. How are you speaking to yourself?
When you grow in life, you should always share how you grew with people. Today, on my 22nd birthday, I want to share 22 Positive Self Affirmations with you!
- I trust that I am on the right path. Simply because it is my own. No one else's journey is like mine, and that's the beauty of it.
